We are keeping moving with the development of our analytical platform. Currently we are working on two big things:
- New home page of a community, where we want to provide a quick overview of how the community is doing.
- Dashboards for user churn and users’ vibe that are based on the two research we did this month.
I think we will be able to ship both in September.
As I mentioned above, during August we did two big studies on identifying users who are about to churn and identifying users who shape the culture of the community by interacting with newcomers. On top of that we decided to list publicly some of the metrics we measure. The result is a community management metrics guide.
