How do you create engagement on Discord? On my Discord server I have people starting discussions and asking questions, but I don’t really have people replying or engaging in those discussions. Has anyone faced a similar situation and “turned it around”?
I think one of the reasons could be that expert users personally do not see value in helping others. Here is a list of the most common activities that affect users’ willingness to help others.

Create stories about users that help others and how valuable that their help is.

Set up your platform so that users can gain special status within the community for their help to others. If your current platform does not allow that move to a better platform.

Coordinate the effort. Basically, users may not even know that there are other users who need help.

Talk to your users (blog posts & conversations with individuals) about the importance of helping others.
