June 2025, almost at the point of the first release

In June, the team kept pushing towards the first release of measurements for customers’ communities. We are planning to release it by the end of July. Basically, the idea of custom measurements is to give anyone the ability to easily and quickly take measurements for their communities—just enter the URL and here we go, your measurements are ready. For now, we plan to support communities on Discourse and VanillaForums only.

Discourse is one of the best forum engines at the moment, in our opinion. According to various estimates, about 20 thousand communities of different sizes work on it. Discourse is constantly evolving. VanillaForums, in turn, is an established player in the community software market. Quite a few forums that were launched a long time ago work on it. So soon we should be able to compare who needs analytics more.

Oh, yes, unfortunately, one of the team members decided to focus on his primary job and so there are just two of us again.

Also, by the end of the month, we had a team meeting over lunch, fortunately, at the moment we are in the same physical location.
