What metrics can a community manager use to measure trust and safety initiatives in an online community?
Clear and short community rules should lead to a good understanding of them. This should result in a low number of personal conflicts in the community and rule violations.
- Percent of active users who have been contacted by a moderator.
- Percent of active users who have been suspended.
If the platform you use allows that, I would recommend tacking rudeness as a special category:
- Percent of active users whose content has been marked as rude or offensive
